
Daniel Armanios

In uniting his passions for science, public policy, and public service, Daniel Armanios has worked on projects for NASA, NOAA, the OHCHR, General Motors Corporation, and the Government of Malaysia. Daniel also periodically writes for ArabEastern.com on the nexus between technology, the environment, and public policy in the Middle East.
Daniel is currently a PhD student at the Stanford Technology Ventures Program in the Department of Management Science and Engineering at Stanford University. As a Rhodes Scholar, he holds a MSc in Management Research and a MSc in Water Science, Policy and Management from University of Oxford. He also holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a BA in Political Science, both from the University of Pittsburgh.
In his spare time, Daniel loves writing spoken word, playing backgammon, chess, and soccer as well as calling Regina “Margaret Cho” while working on The Pixel Project.

Vivek Krishnamurthy

Vivek Krishnamurthy is a lawyer based in Washington, D.C. specialising in urban and international issues. He is a graduate of Yale Law School, the University of Toronto, and the University of Oxford, where he was a Rhodes Scholar. In 2008-09, Vivek was a law clerk to Mr. Justice Morris Fish of the Supreme Court of Canada.
Aside from helping The Pixel Project with recruiting their pro bono law firm and translating legalese into plain English for the project’s core team, Vivek enjoys cooking, travelling, wordplay, and graphic design in his free time.
