The Pixel Project Blog – Sharing Stories
The Pixel Project Blog – An Introduction
The Pixel Project blog is a simple way for you to get to know us and to keep up-to-date about Violence Against Women and The Pixel Project’s initiatives to end gender-based violence.
The Pixel Project blog serves several purposes:
- It documents the progress of our work.
- It is where our volunteers and team members tell their stories.
- It is a platform for all our major announcements.
- It is where we publish our bi-weekly/fortnightly Pixel Project e-News Digest.
In essence, our blog is a place for you to get up close and personal with our work and to provide valuable feedback through the comments section.
Why Contribute Your Story:
We believe that sharing personal stories is one of the fundamental ways in which we can break the wall of silence around any and all types of gender-based violence.
Whether you are a survivor, an activist or a supporter of our work and the Violence Against Women cause, we would like to hear from you.
Your story, shared through our blog, will INSPIRE:
- You will inspire women who are still in violent situations to have hope and to know that there is help out there.
- You will inspire men and women out there to come on board the cause.
- You will inspire bystanders to become upstanders – to no longer remain silent.
So get writing and get inspiring!
